Return & Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed products with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Delivery Charges will be deducted at the time of refund on orders that already include delivery charges.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to KAKU CARPETS, Lahore Branch or Karachi branch after getting the return destination from our Team.
  • Any item that is found to be damaged will not be exchanged or returned.

  1. REPACK MERCHANDISE
    Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return are properly packed, so they are not damaged while shipping.
  2. SHIP TO
    Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the Branch address given by our Team.
